Wash and scrub red potatoes. Cut off any eyes or bad spots. Cut into even sized 1" pieces.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Stir to ensure potatoes are coated in oil.
Cook potatoes in air fryer for 20 minutes at 400℉. Toss potatoes half way through cooking time. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
For crisper potatoes, cook for 25 minutes. For testing purposes, a Ninja Foodi was used.
