Jalapeno Sausage Gravy makes a savory breakfast to serve over fresh biscuits. Made with ground pork breakfast sausage, jalapenos and cooked to perfection.
Start browning sausage in large skillet over medium heat. Add minced jalapeno peppers and continue to cook until meat is browned.
Sprinkle flour over sausage, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low and whisk in milk. Add salt and pepper. Cook gravy over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until gravy is thickened (~10 minutes). Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve Jalapeno Sausage Gravy over fresh and hot biscuits.
