Make the creamy dip base. In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and dill. Mix until creamy and seasonings are evenly blended.
Add the pickles and lemon juice. Fold in chopped dill pickles. Stir in lemon juice.
Prepare to serve dip. Place in serving dish and top dip with coarsely crushed fried onions.
Notes
Adjust seasonings to taste. Best if chilled for 30 minutes prior to serving. Optional – garnish with green onions or fresh dill.Recipe yields 3 cups dip. You may want extra crisp onions to serve with dip.
