Southwest Grilled Chicken and Green Chile Salad
Greens topped with fajita chicken, roasted hatch chiles, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cheese and topped with a spicy ranch!

seeded and chopped

Instructions
Layer half the spring mix in each bowl. Top each bowl with half of the hatch green chiles, avocado, tomatoes, grilled chicken and cheese.
Serve with Hatch Green Chile Ranch Dressing or your favorite spicy ranch!
