Spinach Artichoke Dip

Oven baked dip made with cream cheese, parmesan, frozen spinach and artichoke hearts. Serve hot with crackers.

  • 8 oz. package Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Dried Basil
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 14 oz. can Artichoke Hearts rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup frozen chopped Spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • ¼ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese


  • Combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts. Transfer to a lightly greased 9 inch pie plate or baking dish.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.


For richer flavor, let chill for at least 30 minutes before baking.
