Protein Pasta + Sauteed Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 -14.5 ozbox Protein Pastacooked and drained
3Tbsp.Olive Oil
11oz.Baby Spinach
1tsp.Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
½cupSun-Dried Tomatoeschopped
½cupParmesan Cheese
Instructions
Prepare pasta according to direction on package. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the spinach one handful at a time until all of it has been added to the skillet. Cook until spinach wilts (3-5 minutes). Season spinach with Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir cooked spinach into pasta. Mix-in sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
