Spinach Artichoke Dip
Oven baked dip made with cream cheese, parmesan, frozen spinach and artichoke hearts. Serve hot with crackers.

package Cream Cheese
softened

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Mayonnaise

can Artichoke Hearts
rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped

cup
frozen chopped Spinach
thawed and squeezed dry
¼

shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Fold in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts. Transfer to a lightly greased 9 inch pie plate or baking dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For richer flavor, let chill for at least 30 minutes before baking.
