Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Bites (Egg Free)

- 1 lb. Breakfast Sausage
- 1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 ½ tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ¾ cup Milk
Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking sheet will silicone mat or parchment paper. Cook breakfast sausage in large skillet, breaking into clumps. Drain and discard drippings. Set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Stir in cheese.
Add cooled sausage to dry mixture. Add milk and stir until dry ingredients are incorporated.
Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Serve warm.
